There is still a lot of uncertainty with BlackBerry, despite the new BlackBerry Z10 seeing strong sales. Apple co-founder, Steve Wozniak, who was the technology expert behind the Apple 1 and Apple II computers, and currently the chief scientist at Fusion-io Inc., gave his two cents on the future of BlackBerry.

Steve Wozniak says he thinks BlackBerry will ultimately switch to Android for use on their devices. I don’t believe Wozniak is talking about the Android JVM that’s already bundled into BlackBerry 10. Wozniak must be alluding to full on Android operating system.

Why would BlackBerry make the switch when Android apps can run near seamlessly on BlackBerry 10? BlackBerry has also stated they chose against using Android due to it being naturally flawed.
