TELUS announced today that they’ll be launching HSPA+ Dual Cell technology (4G) that reaches download speeds of 42 Mbps.

It will cover the following areas: Greater Vancouver Area, Calgary, Edmonton, Ft. McMurray, Whistler, Camrose, Winnipeg, Greater Toronto Area.

It’s not true 4G, but I guess they must follow suit with their American counterparts.
