Although you can get internet access to the PlayBook wifi model when it is connected through Bridge, I am impatiently waiting a 3G+ model to take anywhere I go. I think it will sell very well.

Definitely. It will be interesting to find out what the pricing of the 3G+ and 4G models will be. RIM shouldn’t price them too high.

I’m still thinking I’ll stick to my OG Playbook for a while. With Bridge, I’ve got a bluetooth-speed internet connection for free.

its a 3G model so will definately have a sim card slot, it would just be dumb not to….

As much as 3G vs. Wi-Fi doesn’t completely sell me on a device, simply because there is Wi-Fi nearly everywhere, a 3G version of the PlayBook would be a welcome addition.

People constantly on the go who don’t want to pester people for Wi-Fi passwords or deal with disconnecting from a network as you exit the coverage would jump all over this. Also, there is the simple fact that 3G + a Car mount would make me buy a PlayBook specifically to keep in the car.

Hopefully this comes out sooner than later, as I would love to give it a try.
