BlackBerry Torch2 9810 Passes Through the FCC

torch2-fcc

You can add one more BlackBerry device that is one step closer to releasing. The BlackBerry Torch2 9810 has successfully passed through the FCC with model number RDM71UW. The FCC filings show the Torch 2 will support GSM 850 and 1900 bands, as well as WCDMA bands II and V. This means you can definitely expect it on AT&T.

The Torch2 has shown its face many times. Just the other day we saw a nice video preview of the device. There’s still no word on when we can expect it to release, but at least we now know it has the official go ahead.
