I’m not a fan of these. I did get a chuckle out of the first one, but RIM needs to start pushing the Blackberry=successful idea they mentioned a few weeks ago. RIM will NEVER win Apple fans by trying to convince people they are better at music. They need to advertise the things they actually do better (the mobile payments ad was not bad)

Ya because 70% of wbisete don’t need flash to run video and content on ios. So flash doesn’t matter no more. Nice try though. This thing isn’t even running native email,calendar and contact apps at launch. Which means it’s another rushed out half baked tablet like the xoom. These will sell to some just like the xoom and galaxy tab has. But people downing the ipad 2 is funny. These things are so hot people were lining up a week after to get there hands on one.

Really great app! But it’s not so useful if you have 9900-OS7 b/c you can lonegr see the MEP from the Device Info section in the Engineering Screen.You should make a post to help new users (like me) figure out how to take full advantage of the Engineering Screen.

That’s what the minimum OS version will fix. Anything in App World now can be pirated with an older OS because those backups aren’t encrypted and the app can be extracted. At that point, the app can be sideloaded for anyone. The minimum OS setting will ensure that no one that installs the app has the ability to extract it out of the backup to then share with others. So we might see some apps from developers holding out for this reason after the minimum OS setting is implemented.
