The back-to-school season is a challenging one, but this year families have a new resource: Cozi’s FREE Back-to-School Survival Guide, launching Thursday. Cozi, the family technology company, created the guide to help parents navigate all the most common school year challenges.

The Back-to-School Survival Guide, available Thursday in the Cozi Family Organizer app for BlackBerry, includes the following:

Checklists for Kids – Detailed daily checklists help the whole family establish routines to keep them on track during busy weekday mornings and evenings.
Lunchbox Gallery – Ten eye-poppingly delicious and creative packed lunch ideas help parents get their school lunch mojo back.
