Interview with RIM CMO Frank Boulben in Forbes ‘Behind the Brand’ (Video)

Frank talks about why he took the Job at RIM and what he is doing to achieve the 2 objectives put out by Thorsten Heins. Those objectives include: creating a first class marketing organization and building the launch of BlackBerry 10.
Frank changed RIM’s Marketing organization because “you cannot achieve anything before you have the right people operating in the right construct.”
Frank Believes “First of all, it starts with the customer. We need to be absolutely clear about which customers we intend to serve, and why we are going to serve them better than the competition.”
