BlackBerry Bold 9900 users saw a new OS 7 official build today. How about a new leaked OS 7.1 build? OS 7.1.0.190 has dropped for the Bold 9900. No word on what is new, but it is a decent step up from .74 we saw leak some time ago. Let us know in the comments what you might find.

I have a Playbook and I’ve always been a Blackberry fan. I am very much loinokg forward to this realease but I just dont know whats real anymore with RIM because Ive been waiting for this update for a long time. Dont get me wrong I think the Playbook is a great tablet but to think you can launch a tablet with no native email, calendar or contacts (i dont really care about BBM) is appalling and that is the problem people are having with RIM because they will continue to demo how great this new os update is going to be but they sure are taking their time releasing something that should have been part of the original package. QNX great idea although RIM didn’t think before doing it that their handsets are not QNX and might cause a security risk, im starting to doubt their work ethic and their insight if something like this slips past. All that aside I will be keeping my playbook and I will be happy when this is released and the playbook will be a good tablet but my only problem is that its only happening a year after I purchased mine.

Thanks for the update just I would like to ask about one thing there is on problem I faced in this update the hotspot it’s gone after I update it I try it more than 10 times and when I finished updating it’s gone quickly if there is any solution for this problem please feedback thanks a lot for this best website

Ya it is likely RIM had the links taken down. There might be some mirrors up.
It would be nice you could tell us which carrier it is for. If it’s T-Mobile, does it have UMA and Hotspot.

did anyone face problem with bbm in the notification bar?
when some one text u on bbm its appear on notification bar but when u read it and go back u’ll see the chat still on the notification bar
sorry i can’t discuss it well coz of bad english just check the notification bar when someone text you on bbm
