We previously gave you a little preview on what RIM will be showcasing for BlackBerry at Mobile World Congress 2012. With the event just a month away, RIM gave us another sneak peek at what we can expect:
“We’ll be speaking on the future of voice /messaging and maximising workforce productivity, showcasing emerging mobility concepts and applications, and have available a suite of senior spokespeople across the software, hardware, services and applications development sides of our business for interviews.
Please join us in App Planet (Hall 7) stand 7B42, where we’ll be demonstrating the power of BlackBerry 7, BBM Connected apps, and NFC in action. You’ll also see first-hand how we align constructively with our carrier partners and gain synergies from recent additions to the BlackBerry family: NewBay Software, The Astonishing Tribe (TAT), Jaycut and Scoreloop.”
We may hear RIM finally announce a firm date for the official release of PlayBook OS 2.0. All in all, expect it to be in similar fashion as CES 2012.

“You’ll also see first-hand how we … gain synergies from recent additions to the BlackBerry family: … Jaycut.”
Hopefully this means we will see some version of Jaycut for PlayBook/BB10.
I don’t want RIM to show us BB10 OS yet but what I’d like them to show us is some renderings of their ideas for the new line of phones. I think it would be a great idea for them to get people’s perspective of what the consumer thinks of their ideas.
