RIM Wins Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Award 2012
PT RIM Indonesia has been presented with the Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Award 2012 in recognition of its commitment to providing excellent service for BlackBerry users in the country. Marketing Director Eka Anwar was presented with the award in conjunction with the Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Award (ICSA) 2012 ceremony at the Gran Melia Hotel in Jakarta.
RIM says they’re committed to delivering the best service and solutions to its loyal customers in Indonesia. The company continues to invest in the country, both to ensure that customers have easy access to BlackBerry products and receive the best in aftersales support. Aiming to attain excellent customer satisfaction, RIM has also been consistently improving its service for users by investing not only in people, but also increasing the presence of BlackBerry Expert Centers across Indonesia.

BlackBerry also offered dedicated Bahasa Indonesia social media support: @BlackBerryBantu is the official Twitter account for BlackBerry technical support from Research In Motion. The support offered to customers includes engaging via Direct Messages from Monday to Friday. Meanwhile, Forum Komunitas Dukungan BlackBerry Indonesia, http://forumdukungan.blackberry.com, is a dedicated peer-to-peer community support forum.
