Research In Motio published a short video interview with the new CEO and President, Thorsten Heins. The overall sentiment form the interview is that BlackBerry truly makes a difference and that while RIM makes progress with pushing out new devices they’re also doing research and development to constantly innovate. Heins also wants to make sure that RIM employees play a key role by giving their input and help the company to continue innovating. Check out the interview video below.

If only they’d ousted Jim and Mike a year ago, then BB7 wouldn’t have been such a flop. This guy really has his head screwed on I think, and if all goes well I can see RIM making a huge comeback in the very near future!
