RIM announced today a revision to their license agreement with InterDigital. The revision was made to include coverage for 4G products, including LTE devices. The new 4G LTE BlackBerry PlayBook comes with an upgraded processor of 1.5GHz. Whereas, the original WiFi-only model only packs a 1GHz processor. It doesn’t sound like that much of an upgrade, but it is certainly noticeable with some games, apps, and more.
