Sprint Delays the 3G BlackBerry PlayBook, again

The 3G BlackBerry PlayBook was scheduled to release on April 19th, but was then later pushed to May 8th. North America suffering multiple carrier BIS outage; Resolved by 12 noon EST?

It seems that the BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) is down for about every North American carrier. The only data service that seems to be affected is e-mail, while browser and BBM seem to be working fine. Verizon Wireless has acknowledged the issue and says it should be resolved by 12 noon EST.
