Xiaomi’s new Mi Powerbank Pro is the latest powerbank in their line-up and features a USB Type-C Port and 10,000 mAh battery capacity.

Most smartphone users like to carry a powerbank with them, and this new one from Xiaomi will also support the latest and upcoming smartphones with USB Type-C. The Mi Powerbank from Xiaomi has been very successful, thanks to its small form factor, big battery and low pricing.

The company recently released the Xiaomi Mi 5, which features a USB Type-C port, so this new powerbank is mainly focused at customers who’re buying the Mi 5. However, you can also charge other USB Type-C equipped smartphones such as the LG G5, OnePlus 2, Nexus 6p and 5x, etc.

The Mi Powerbank Pro also features a full sized USB port that can be used to charge other smartphones such as the iPhone, Galaxy S series, etc. You can also charge the new 12 inch MacBook from Apple, which also features a USB Type-C port.

The powerbank is just 1.26 cm thick and weighs around 220 grams, which is thinner and lighter than previous models. It features output ratings of 12V, 9V, and 5V.

You can fully charge the powerbank in just 3.5 hours and that’ll provide you with four full charges for the iPhone 6, 2.5 full charges for the Mi Note and 1.5 for the iPad mini. The chip inside is made by Texas Instruments and features nine-layers of protection and auto device detect with USB smart-control.

The Xiaomi Mi Powerbank Pro is currently only available for purchase in China, for 149 Yuan, which is about $23. It should soon be available for purchase globally as well.
