That is just a model number and the device is yet to be christened. It is expected that the newer smartphone will be more affordable and has even been benchmarked on the GFXBench.

ZTE BV 0800 limited information from Benchmarking
As for the ZTE BV 0800, not much has been revealed in terms specification or price. However, the benchmarking has helped in understanding much of the specifications of this beauty. It is clear that a 5.2” form factor will be used by ZTE BV0800 and the display will adopt 1920×1080 resolution. The benchmark listing further confirms that the device will sport 3GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. At the heart of the device, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 quad-core processor sits to power up everything.
13 Mpg front and rear camera makes it the best ‘selfie phone’
The camera brings a surprise because both the rear and front-facing cameras are 13 Mpg. It is expected that ZTE BV 0800 will be marketed as the best ‘selfie phone’. The listing states further that the unit tested was running on Android 7.0 Nougat. But, at this stage, it does not guarantee that the device will come running on Nougat. Expecting that it does, the ZTE BV 0800 will be the first ZTE member joining the market, running on Android Nougat, just out of the box. A pre-condition however, is the timing of release set for ZTE BV 0800 and whether another device from the ZTE family is released earlier.

For now, the major take away from the benchmark is that ZTE is preparing to release another new smartphone, possibly a mid range phone focusing on selfie and powered by Android 7.0 Nougat. We have only the code number ZTE BV 0800 to call it by until it is officially christened.
