Surveys conducted by Scotia Capital analyst Gus Papageorgiou show that 70% of existing RIM subscribers plan to upgrade to BlackBerry 10. This is such a gargantuan amount that it may not be entirely feasible.

However, as Analyst and founder of Ironfire Capital, Eric Jackson contends, 30-40 million out of RIM’s current 80 million subscribers may be closer to reality. Jackson also believes a cool 1 million new subscribers are possible for BlackBerry 10.

Due to RIM’s solid subscriber base, BlackBerry 10 could essentially become the fastest, globally adopted mobile platform to date. How many new and current subscribers do you believe BlackBerry 10 will garner?
