If you’re a tech geek that wants the latest and greatest from Cupertino every year, you’re in luck. Apple is introducing a new plan that bypasses carrier intervention to get you on the newest iPhone every year when it comes out.
This new iPhone Upgrade Program will allows customers to make installment payments like you would through T-Mobile’s JUMP, or AT&T’s Next. After 12 out of the 24 installments are paid off, you can trade in your older iPhone for the newest model. A new installment plan then begins and the same cycle keeps on going. Apple’s iPhone Upgrade Program also includes Apple Care, so should anything happen to your iDevice, it’ll be taken care of courtesy of Apple.
The program launches at 12:01 am on September 12th alongside the 6s pre-orders. Check out pricing options below:
