Customers who purchased and iPhone 6 Plus between September of 2014 and January 2015 who have noticed some blurry pictures from the iSight camera will have the defective hardware replaced for free from Apple. The semi-recall was noticed by the company, and actions were taken almost immediately to rectify it for customers.

If you have experienced pictures that do not line up to the quality you would expect in an Apple product, you can go to this website and punch in your serial number. If your phone is part of the defective shipment, you can get your camera replaced at no cost.

Keep in mind that this is only the camera that will be replaced, not the whole phone, and it only affects the 6 Plus models.

Drop us a comment below if your iPhone 6 Plus is taking blurry pictures and you’ve contacted Apple about a replacement.
