Apple is gearing up to launch its next iPhone next month, according to a report from BuzzFeed. BuzzFeed’s Managing Editor, John Paczkowski, who has been fairly accurate in his previous reports about Apple, suggests the company is looking at the week of September 6th to debut its latest lineup of iPhones with a specific date of Wednesday, the 9th for the main event.
Since this is an S-year, we’re expecting to see the iPhone 6s unveiled along with an iPhone 6s Plus. The new iPhones won’t look different from last year’s models, but based on leaked reports, we should see a big change internally for the new devices. An increase in RAM, camera quality, and the addition of Force Touch are all rumored to be included.
The good thing is if this rumor ends up being true, we’re only going to have to wait a little over a month to find out.
