If you’re apart of the BBM Channels beta, you might have experienced service irregularities over the weekend. BlackBerry says that service has been fully restored. In an email sent to users, BlackBerry says:
Thanks for your patience! If you noticed issues over the weekend while using BBM Channels beta software (such as problems “liking” posts and/or irregularities in user statistics) rest assured that all issues have now been resolved. We sincerely apologize for any issues this may have caused. We are tuning our infrastructure to avoid future discrepancies and to further improve your BBM Channels experience.
Using the BBM Channels Manager? If you experience issues while accessing the BBM Channels Manager, try logging out of your BlackBerry ID (by choosing the Sign Out option from the drop down in the top right hand corner) and logging back in to continue your session.
