One of the biggest gripes BlackBerry users have had about BBM is its file transfer limit.
BBM users have only been able to send files of up to 6MB, but this will all soon change in the next version of BBM, according to Jeff Gadway of BBM Product Marketing.
Another issue we’ve seen users want to see changed is to set whether or not they receive the HQ version of images, automatically. Data-saving BlackBerry put in the limitation, but perhaps BlackBerry could offer the ability to choose whether or not to receive HQ version first in BBM settings.
As shown in our BBM comparison infographic, BlackBerry continues to do an excellent job at rolling out features and fixes. What else would you like to see the BBM team address in future versions?
