BlackBerry 10’s Android runtime has certain limitations placed on it by BlackBerry. This has forced people to use debug tokens to more efficiently run Android apps.

However, a newly leaked Android runtime seeks to dissolve such methods by being ‘unlocked’. This means you will no longer have to use debug tokens for any of the apps.

The unlocked Android runtime consists of two files, which will need to be side-loaded. Once you’ve done that you’re pretty much all setup and ready to rock with Instagram or Candy Crush without the hassle of debug tokens.
