T-Mobile USA customers who use the BlackBerry Bold 9900 seem to be experiencing a service disruption. The problem, limited only to customers with the Bold 9900, seems to be affecting email and internet connection.
The partial service disruptio does not affect phone call services and text messaging, says T-Mobile. The company said it is working with RIM to restore service as quickly as possible, but did not mention what the cause of the problem could be.
Are you still experiencing issues? No other carriers are said to be experiencing these problems, it is isolated only to T-Mobile Bold 9900 users.
