Speaking today at the Kitchener Waterloo Chamber of Commerce local lunch in BlackBerry’s hometown, CEO John Chen talked at length about his company and how he’s going forward with the plan he and his team have outlined.

Speaking specifically about BlackBerry smartphones, Chen reiterated there are four new phones coming out this fiscal year: the Leap, which has already been launched, the Slider, which we’ve already seen, and two other unnamed devices “later in the year.”

As far as we can guess, one of these devices is probably the Oslo, while the other is probably the Porsche Design P’9984. To be fair, they could surprise us all, and release a second edition Classic, or maybe something entirely different. I don’t see that happening though.

With the Slider shipping at the tail end of this year, according to Chen himself, we may not get to see these other phones until 2016 anyways. They may get announced at the end of this year, but when they’ll actually be up for purchase is another argument entirely.

What would you guys like to see these two other unannounced BlackBerry devices be? A full-touch? A low-end Q5 replacement, or maybe something else? Let us know in the comments below.
