BlackBerry is adding yet another security expert to their leadership team with the announcement that David Kleidermacher has joined the company, and will serve as Chief Security Officer.

Kleidermacher’s security expertise is extensive, accounting for over 20 years in “strategy and product engineering focused on operating systems, high assurance software development techniques, mobile device security and the Internet of Things (IoT).”

In terms of BlackBerry’s strategy going forward, Kleidermacher fits perfectly right off the bat, and will help ensure the company’s pretty outstanding record in security remains that way. Check out the source link below for more on BlackBerry’s newest appointment.
