Hot on the heels of the latest quarterly earning’s report, BlackBerry has published the official hands-on video for the upcoming Leap. You can view it above.
Donny Halliwell does a quick 60-second overview and shows off the features of the Leap. With a 5-inch HD display, 2880 mAh battery, and BlackBerry OS 10.3.1, the Leap is a mid-tier phone being targeted at young startups who want to stay productive.
It’s worth pointing out that Donny has a few apps on his phone that you can’t get from BlackBerry World, such as Candy Crush Saga and Pinterest. That’s because 10.3.1 comes pre-loaded with Amazon Appstore, where you can download thousands of Android apps directly on to your smartphone.
The BlackBerry Leap will be available by the end of April and will retail for $275 USD.
