In case you missed it, BlackBerry Jam Asia 2013 started and there’s some good stuff coming from it already. As you all know, BBM is coming to Android and iOS, hopefully very soon. Today, BBM was shown off on a desktop computer, Windows specifically. It seems like it’s going to work very similar to BlackBerry Bridge and how we use BBM on the PlayBook.

This is a huge plus for BBM, considering some of the major messaging clients, such as WhatsApp, don’t have a desktop version and I’m sure their users want one. So this should motivate them to switch over to BBM. Do you want a BBM desktop client? Let us know what you think in the comments below!
