BlackBerry looked more promising than ever with the launch of the Passport this morning, followed by the announcement of the availability of the device from various sources. The latest one to offer the BlackBerry Passport is the company’s new apps partner, Amazon.

The phone is priced at $599, and is available in both black and white variants. The device is unlocked and is capable of running all US carriers except Verizon, which unfortunately operates on CDMA network only. The device will be available September 25th onwards, and is now available for pre-booking.
