BlackBerry 10 users who regularly use the BlackBerry Travel app may have recently experienced issues with it no longer working.

The comments section of the app on BlackBerry World are filled with people complaining about not being able to login. Fortunately, BlackBerry is aware of the issue.

BlackBerry has acknowledged the issue in knowledge base article KB36645. BlackBerry lists the issue as follows:

“When attempting to sign in to the BlackBerry Travel app on the BlackBerry 10 smartphone, after entering your login credentials (email address and password), a spinning circle icon appears and the login does not complete.”

BlackBerry says the issue is under investigation. Unfortunately, BlackBerry does not have a known ETA for a resolution to the login problem.

Until the BlackBerry Travel app for BlackBerry 10 is fixed, the BlackBerry Travel website (https://travel.blackberry.com/) will continue to work correctly.
