BlackBerry Z10 and Q10 Production Capacity Increased

It was being predicted that BlackBerry 10 sales were stale. However, we stated it was further from the truth. In an interview with the Frankfurter, BlackBerry CEO Thorsten Heins, has revealed they’ve “ramped up our production” of BlackBerry 10 devices.

When asked about speculation that the new BlackBerrys were sold out in some stores only because there were limited stock, Heins replied “The fact is that we have been surprised by the positive response. We have now increased our production capacity.”

Heins wouldn’t reveal any numerical account for the increase. Though Heins added, “I can say this much: significant for us and unexpectedly high proportion of BlackBerry 10 devices will be purchased by new customers who previously had iPhones or Android smartphones.”

Thanks Harold!
