BlackBerry is extending the reach of its latest low-cost smartphone, the Z3, as it has now landed in Egypt. The Z3 is available from Mobile Shop, Raya, Appliance, and Etisalat Retail for EGP 1849 (around US $258). The price may seem a little steep, but BlackBerry could be betting on higher demand to drive up the price a little bit when you compare it Indonesia and Malaysia.

The Z3 is still to make its way to the Americas, but something tells me we may be seeing an LTE Z3 out here sooner rather than later.
