Rogers is getting a shake up at its executive ranks. In a press release today, the company has laid out a plan going forward dubbed Rogers 3.0: Accelerating growth and overhauling the customer experience. Among these changes, MobileSyrup noticed BlackBerry’s former CMO was appointed as an interim executive for the Canadian wireless carrier. Frank Boulben, named Chief Strategy Officer, will be serving along with two other execs in an interim basis until the company decides who will occupy these positions full time.

Frank Boulben was BlackBerry’s Chief Marketing Officer from May 2012 until November of last year, pretty much right after John Chen took over the reigns of the company.
