LG’s upcoming Nexus 5X will be debuting at the end of this month, but we’re already finding out more about what it will look like thanks to a new leak from Android Police. These leaked renders show the 5X’s plain front side with – what we hope – are front facing speakers. The back of the device will feature a fingerprint scanner with its camera lens directly above it.
The Nexus 5X is expected to launch with a 5.2-inch 1080p display and a Snapdragon 808 chip internally. It’ll also house a USB Type-C port for charging. We also know it’ll be available in three different colors charcoal black, ice blue, and quartz white. One of Android Police’s renders show a little bit of that ice blue tone, and it looks a little more greenish than anything, to be honest.
It’s a little bit less than a week until we get to see these phones officially displayed. Google is expected to announce the Nexus 5X and the Nexus 6P on September 29.
