LG X Cam and X Screen

Two new mid-range LG smartphones, the LG X Cam and the LG X Screen, will be announced at Mobile World Congress 2016.

LG wants to offer users a different experience with these new smartphones. These smartphones are just about one important feature. The X Cam is about the camera experience, whereas the X Screen is all about the display.

Other features on the phone won’t be phenomenal. So if you’re looking for a good camera smartphone, you’d go for the X Cam. Want a smartphone with an excellent display, take the X Screen. That’s LGs idea.

The LG X Cam is a camera focused smartphone and features dual cameras at the back. It is only 5.2 mm thick and weighs 118g, which is pretty light.

LG X Cam Specifications

The LG X Cam will be available in Silver, White, Gold and Pink Gold.

Now, let’s talk about the second model, the LG X Screen. As mentioned before, this smartphone is all about the display. It features an always-on secondary display similar to the LG V10. This tiny 1.76-inch display sits on the main screen and provides access to your favorite apps, lets you answer calls and control music playback. It also gives you important notifications and always shows you the time, date and battery level. The phone is only 7.1 mm.

LG X screen Specifications

The X Screen will be available in Black, Gold and Rose Gold. Both the smartphones will be running Android 6.0 marshmallow at launch.

LG says that both will be available in Asia, Europe and Latin America in March. More details about the devices will be announced on February 22 during MWC 2016.
