Apple’s iPhone 6s event will definitely have a lot for us to discuss in the form of new phones, a new Apple TV, maybe some new iPads, but there’s a little additional accessory we should see pop up as well. According to 9to5Mac, Apple will be introducing new Apple Watch Sport bands at the event.
Right now, the Sport has a few options: green, blue, pink, white and black, but that’ll all change by this time next week. Apple will reportedly introduce new yellow, red, and orange among other options.
With Android Wear now making its way to iOS devices, and new watches being launched all this week, Apple is going to have to fight to get more a stronghold on the wearable market. More options when customizing your watch are always welcome, and always help make certain users that were on the fence, get on board.
Apple is also expected to be releasing WatchOS 2 sometime this year. Maybe we’ll even get a glimpse of it at the iPhone event on September 9th.
