As you might all know, today was the PlayBook’s release. Most of you were hoping you would get to try out everything RIM had promised with the PlayBook and, for the most part, that is true, there’s just one thing that didn’t make it. BlackBerry Messenger is not yet available on the PlayBook via BlackBerry Bridge. Most of the new BlackBerry PlayBook users are upset about this, seeing how this is one of the most wanted features on the tablet. It seems like that update will be available in a few weeks, RIM told CrackBerry:
…a software update for BBM functionality is expected to be available within a few weeks, and customers will be able to download the software update over-the-air.
Guess all you have to do is wait and play around with all the other BlackBerry PlayBook features.
