The OnePlus X Champagne Edition is now available for purchase in India for a price of Rs. 16,999. OnePlus had released the handset earlier this year, its first mid-range smartphone.
The device is well made and features a metal frame and a gorilla glass body. Yes, it is a fingerprint magnet, but it performs well and better than many other smartphones twice its price. The OnePlus X features a 5 inch 1080p display, a Snapdragon 801 SoC, 3GB of RAM, a decent 13 megapixel front/8 megapixel rear camera and a 2,525 mAh battery. So, pretty good features for a phone that only costs around $250.

OnePlus is selling the OnePlus X Champagne Edition in India for Rs. 16,999, same as the Onyx Black version of the smartphone. The Champagne Edition is basically an off-white/pearlish color with a gold metal frame.
Recently, the company had announced open sales for the OnePlus X on every Tuesday. On this day, you will be able to buy the phone without needing an invite. This is only available in certain countries as of now.
