For the first time in its history, Pixar is releasing to feature-length films in one year. Inside Out was the first, and The Good Dinosaur is scheduled to release next this Thanksgiving. Pixar released a teaser not too long ago, and has now followed up with the first full trailer for the film.

The trailer itself doesn’t give too many details on the plot, but it does a pretty smash up job of building up the relationship between the terrible lizard and the young boy he befriends.

I particularly love how the trailer has no real dialogue because Pixar has always done a splendid job of telling excellent stories without the need for words. This ramps up my expectation for The Good Dinosaur into overdrive!

The official description of The Good Dinosaur is as follows.

“The Good Dinosaur” asks the question: What if the asteroid that forever changed life on Earth missed the planet completely and giant dinosaurs never became extinct? Pixar Animation Studios takes you on an epic journey into the world of dinosaurs where an Apatosaurus named Arlo makes an unlikely human friend. While traveling through a harsh and mysterious landscape, Arlo learns the power of confronting his fears and discovers what he is truly capable of.

The Good Dinosaur will be released in theaters November 25, 2015.
