RIM Confirms on Webcast PlayBook OS 2.0 Launching February 21st

Just a few days ago we exclusively told you that RIM was planning to release the much anticipated PlayBook OS 2.0 on February 21st. It seems RIM has just confirmed our report on a webcast for Developing Native Games with the BlackBerry NDK 2.0.

During that webcast one developer asked RIM when the release date is for PlayBook OS 2.0 and RIM replied with, “We’re planning on releasing OS 2.0 on the 21st.” This is fantastic news, as it solidifies the release for PlayBook OS 2.0 to be in 5 days. Get your PlayBooks ready!
