RIM Wins Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Award 2012

PT RIM Indonesia has been presented with the Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Award 2012 in recognition of its commitment to providing excellent service for BlackBerry users in the country. Marketing Director Eka Anwar was presented with the award in conjunction with the Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Award (ICSA) 2012 ceremony at the Gran Melia Hotel in Jakarta.

RIM says they’re committed to delivering the best service and solutions to its loyal customers in Indonesia. The company continues to invest in the country, both to ensure that customers have easy access to BlackBerry products and receive the best in aftersales support. Aiming to attain excellent customer satisfaction, RIM has also been consistently improving its service for users by investing not only in people, but also increasing the presence of BlackBerry Expert Centers across Indonesia.

“We are honoured to receive this prestigious award. RIM has always focused on transforming service into customer loyalty. We strive to deliver a competitive advantage in the way we meet our customers’ needs and form a bond with our users. This year’s recognition from ICSA illustrates our commitment to deliver a best-in-class service model that sets usapart from the competition,” said Eka.

Social Media has also been one of RIM’s tools in engaging customers, as proven by the BlackBerry Indonesia Facebook page that reached over 1.9 million Facebook fans as per November 2012. BlackBerry also offered dedicated Bahasa Indonesia social media support: @BlackBerryBantu is the official Twitter account for BlackBerry technical support from Research In Motion. The support offered to customers includes engaging via Direct Messages from Monday to Friday. Meanwhile, Forum Komunitas Dukungan BlackBerry Indonesia, http://forumdukungan.blackberry.com, is a dedicated peer-to-peer community support forum.

“With the great support from all RIM staff and our loyal consumers, we are very grateful to all of the survey respondents as well as the organisers of the Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Awards. It is a great honor to receive this accolade. Customer service is an important element of the BlackBerry brand and an area in which RIM has invested significant resources together with our key partners,” added Eka.

This colorized transmission electron micrograph (TEM) revealed some of the ultrastructural morphology displayed by an Ebola virus virion. See PHIL 1832 for a black and white version of this image.

Where is Ebola virus found in nature? The exact origin, locations, and natural habitat (known as the "natural reservoir") of Ebola virus remain unknown. However, on the basis of available evidence and the nature of similar viruses, researchers believe that the virus is zoonotic (animal-borne) and is normally maintained in an animal host that is native to the African continent. A similar host is probably associated with Ebola-Reston which was isolated from infected cynomolgous monkeys that were imported to the United States and Italy from the Philippines. The virus is not known to be native to other continents, such as North America.
