In an interview with Alec Saunders, PCMag was able to confirm a few new things regarding the BBX Superphone. As we previously suggested, the BBX Superphone will have the same aspect ratio as the BlackBerry PlayBook, a resolution of 1024×600. This should make an easy transition of all the apps currently available for the PlayBook.

RIM also confirmed to PCMag that the BBX Superphone will have BlackBerry Enterprise Server support. We previously reported that RIM was having issues with QNX (now BBX) to work correctly with BIS/BES. Although, we have heard there are some BBX builds already in testing that work with BES. However, it does not have ‘true push’ as we exclusively reported. It currently only has ActiveSync capabilities.
